WHAT IS PPMI?
PPMI is an active and vibrant project management company established to bring the most efficient, proven technologies to the global renewables field and to large infrastructure opportunities.
PPMI has an ever-growing pipeline of renewable energy projects in The Americas, EMEA and Asia. All projects are or will be investor ready and be underwritten via full process guarantees for the technology of choice.
PPMI’s business model is unique since PPMI selects, appraises, designs if required, and arranges project financing for participated projects, acting as project (co) project manager and partner and eventually as co-investor, so providing a all-in service on a proprietary basis and with an holistic approach, aided by a wide and growing network of project technical and financial partners, It mainly operates on an outsourced basis to ensure low overheads and optimal operational and financial efficiency.
It is not PPMI’s ambition to remain as project owner/ operator in the long term, instead we offer investing partners solid deal flow with an investment horizon of typically 1-3 years.
Building on its technical capabilities in house, the Company wishes to continue to acquire new, disruptive technologies as well as proven ones, allowing it to keep at the forefront of efficiency whilst continuing to cover process risk with performance histories or guarantees.
PPMI seeks to introduce and deploy a pipeline of investment money into projects and will continually seek co-funders and PPP partners. In order to arrange transactions, PPMI requires working capital and this will ensure that PPMI capitalizes on time sensitive opportunities and maximizes shareholder and investing partners’ interests by controlling projects as finance and technology provider.
Projects will operate at a local level, rather than be centralized.

Our story started when three first class experts with a combined 60 years in the corporate world, decided to put our talents to better use and to create a ground-breaking company that focused on making lives better. PPMI was born out of our desire to create a business to do good.
And good for us is changing the world by bringing technology, renewable energy and first to market ideas where they’re needed. But the end game is not about technology. The end game is effective and well-placed interventions and solutions that are technology led but more importantly are always human (the individual) and planet kind.
With the team’s combined business skills, we can secure and harness investment or co-investment opportunities through a number of projects worldwide and match the most suitable, proven technology to these projects.
Our aim is to maximize investment returns on each project on behalf of investing parties. The model is a win: win for all involved.

Our leadership team and its Principal Advisers have a wide range of experience including project finance, operations, and relevant technology, being able to provide clients with a range of options; from turnkey solutions through technology implementation and project wrap (via strategic partnerships with global EPC contractors).
DAVID MANSELL
COO
David leads on execution of all product, sales, operational and financial strategies developed by the top management team. He previously worked as Senior Executive for an Oil and Gas project developer, and Chief Operating Officer for a large blockchain protocol. David has 20 years experience in project and operational environments at a senior and strategic level in the energy, pharma, diamond industries as well as spending time with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. He advises senior executives and partners on all PPMI projects on matters of delivery, capital raise, EPC/partner management and regulatory matters as required.
