TREASURE CAY AERODROME (FIXED BASED OPERATIONS), ABACO, BAHAMAS – CAPEX C $ 25MIO

The proposal is construct a $ 25 million aerodrome with all the most modern facilities, in compliance with the Civil Aviation Air Navigation Regulations, in order to provide a solid logistic base to the Abaco airport whilst the main terminal building will be under reconstructions – Fixed Based Operations (FBO).

The project is a Public-Private-Partnership with the local Ministry of Tourism and Aviation, over a 25-year concession.
Solid investment return of 20% plus unlevered.
Project in 51%-49% between local airport concessionary partner and PPMI (Bahamas), who is also prospective co-project manager.
